ABSTRACT
Adobe Flash is a widely
compatible, versatile multimedia format for delivering animated graphics,
interactive content, digital video and sound over the Internet. Many
commercial websites, news organizations and educational websites use Flash
extensively to deliver multimedia content. It is also an ideal format for
online multimedia educational presentations incorporating slides,
graphics, images, narration and video. Flash movies can be used to display
image animations and video clips such as a stacked sequence of
radiographic images, cine clips of moving structures or a sequence of 3-D
images. The purpose of this course is to demonstrate the basics of
creating Flash movies using Adobe Flash Professional. The attendee will
learn how to create short Flash video clips of radiographic image sets and
how to create multimedia educational presentations suitable for web
distribution in the Flash format. The use of Adobe Captivate for
converting existing PowerPoint presentations into Flash format will also
be demonstrated. No prior experience with Adobe Flash Professional is
necessary as this course is designed as an introduction to the Flash
development environment. All slides, demonstration files and this handout are available online for download: http://FlashForRadiologists.com |
